Standard lead times run 4–8 weeks depending on the product and destination. For time-sensitive fit-outs or urgent equipment replacements, we offer an expedited service that compresses the sourcing, production, and shipping timeline to as little as 2 weeks on qualifying orders.

Expedited orders carry a premium of 8–15% above standard trade pricing, depending on urgency and factory capacity. Mention your deadline in your quote request and we will tell you exactly what is achievable.

Yes — the trade programme is designed for registered businesses, not individual consumers. You will need a business name and contact email at minimum. For Net-30 terms, we require registration documents and a short credit review.

Absolutely. Multi-site coordination is one of the key benefits of the trade programme. We can split a single order across multiple shipping addresses, manage different delivery timelines for each site, and provide consolidated documentation. Tell us the sites and we will handle the logistics.

We maintain relationships with factories that can prioritise orders in their production queue. Combined with express freight options, this allows us to get certain product categories sourced, manufactured, inspected, and shipped in 10–14 days. It is not available for every product category, and we will confirm feasibility before you commit. An expedited premium of 8–15% applies.

Standard payment is 50% deposit to begin production and 50% balance before or on delivery. For trade accounts placing orders of $50,000 or more, Net-30 payment terms are available after a brief credit qualification. Get in touch and we will walk you through the qualification process.

Yes, and this is an area we actively encourage. If you are managing commercial fit-outs on behalf of clients, we can work with you as a procurement partner — supplying equipment to your specifications while you manage the client relationship. We are discrete, professional, and do not contact your end clients directly.
